The Alola Foundation was about to implement a national project on dental hygiene education. The program would teach young children how to use toothbrushes. The project teachers would travel to all the primary schools across the country and there was a basic kit for demonstration purposes.

The delegation decided that it would be able to help by providing samples that the project teachers could leave with the students who needed them. Back in Australia, the word went out across the networks and the response was amazing. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo arrived at various collection points. Boxes, bags and packets filled the storeroom.

Eventually, a mountain of cartons containing valuable supplies was ready for the last stage of this project. Rotary Australia arranged the transportation to Melbourne and then to Dili. A full container load of supplies went to support the project.
